Doing Good - It's getting closer

So the week is winding down and my surgery is on Monday morning.

I called to double check the time today and they moved me up again  so I am now first
surgery of the day.

I went to my monthly support meeting yesterday evening and that was helpful as there
were 2 people that had just had surgery 2 weeks ago. That put me a little more at ease
to see them up and around and looking great. I always hemm and hawww about going then
I am soo glad that I did.

I thank you all for all of the positive comments and help. I will great appericate it !!

And the diet isn't killing me too bad although the first couple of day without coffee and sugar made me feel pretty crappy. I should have prepared better for that though. My bad.

I'm working all weekend to keep my mind off things I just can't wait !!

I would like to send you positive, healthy happy thoughts incase I don't get a chance to post before your surgery. You will do great, the staff at the hospital is great although I could not wait to get home and get some sleep.You will be home before you know it.. You will do great.  I remember being nervous and excited.  It is a long road to get to the actual surgery.  You will soon be on the losers bench with us!!!  Good luck Monday.

Not too much longer! Support meetings are good, wish I could get to my doc's group meetings.
