We went to longhorn steak house last nite

I shared his salad  and   he ordered an skewer of shrimp with his   steak which i ate   three pieces and then i had   onion soup

I also had a  piece of there bread about the size of a  half dollar  and it was the heel so it went down ok.  I have problems with bread so i have to be careful.  I  had  a piece of his steak but the shrimp was to die for.

I didnt feel deprived  and  there were a couple of skinny people near me  and  they ate about the same  as i did.

I did not have a drink  as i was driving and  i am now a cheap drunk  so i stay away from it

It was nice.  Glad we did it.

Sounds yummy.  I can't wait till I can go out to eat with my friends and be happy with a few bites.  I have already told them I plan to mooching off them for a few bites rather than get a whole meal.  The shrip skewer sounds like a great idea.  I never liked alcohol so I will continue to be a cheap date. LOL  Dating.... now that sounds like and adventure LOL  Thanks for all your support.  It was nice meeting you.  Tracy

Can't wait! I'm still eating the whole gammit, you know... appetizer, salad, bread, and then a meal.  Who the hell needs that much food anyway???  LOL

Sounds like a nice night out for the two of you.
