I just talked with  tracy  and she sounds wonderful!!!

Tw  also said she can not post but she can  read our posts on her phone.  So know that she is with us!!!!

I will   go for a few minutes this afternoon as i dont have school this afternoon.

I also  talked with  gwenmarie and she is getting ready to go home and sounds  wonderful too.

I wish them both  a  safe journey as they  push  our butts over on the losers bench!!!

Thanks, I am home at my boyfriends doing well. I am so happy I contacted the people on here they have alot of info to share.....I am learning alot more than just what you hear from the professionals.

I did 16 loops yesterday to get the gas moving it helps!!!! I have been up wandering around the house to keep the blood flowing....I will be sleeping in the recliner tonight. the bed was too flat & uncomfortable.

Woo Hoo I made it to the other side of this journey now lets see the pounds go away!
