Good luck, you will be in my thoughts and prayers all day!!  I will be up in the evening to get you up and walking the halls!!!  Before you know it you will be sitting here thinking WOW has it really been a year and did I really look like that???  You are going to do great on this journey, and I am really excited to have a partner to keep me on track and working out!!

I will be sending positive happy, healthy, thoughts your way. You will do great !!! I did not get nervous untill the wheeled me into the or I was just so excited. By the time I got nervous they put me out.
