The manufacturer listened !!

You may remember I posted last weekend a dumping problem with a protein bar. It was a "diet" bar which contained maltilol, 5gm of sugar and 11 gms of sugar alcohols. I got to thinking about it and decided to e-mail the company via their web-site, contact us section.I had purchased a box of 6 of the bars, had an experience I don't care to repeat, and have basically wasted my money- 5 bars I won't be touching.

I got a reply !!!! The company is going to send me a refund check for the cost of the box of bars!  That's service! 

They also said they are working to correct the problem.  I'm not sure if that means changing the recipe or making me a happy customer. Time will tell on the recipe.

You go girl!  Way to stick up for yourself!  Glad they are doing something to help you out!  Wonder what they will do to "correct the problem"??
