HOLLY FREAKING YUMMY!!!!

I got some at GNC yesterday (and some unflavored... not sure how that is going to be yet) but the CH. CARM. is yummy!! I had it cold last night (After Karate didn't feel like eating) and going to try it hot today (carmel hot choc ,,,, mmmmmm!!)....

OK, so for school i was going to try this Chocolate Carmel protein hot..... WHAT DID I DO WRONG:???   I "cooked" the protein or something... GROOSSSSS!!!  it got all lumpy and nasty on top and was just WRONG... is it something that I did or is it something that just happens with ho****er instead of cold.... ???  Anyone else try this??

I may be wrong, but I think, with most proteins powders, you should mix them with cold/cool water until it's all dissolved, then warm it up.  I think it comes out better that way! 

I use GNC's Unflavored for cooking and stuff.....it works pretty good!

I know the Unjury protien cannot be heated above 130 degrees I am not sure if that applies to all protien or not.

Yeah, protein powders are altered by heat. Jerome from Unjury liken it to cooking an egg to me one time - anyone who cooks knows what happens if you dump raw egg into something hot.
