Well finally I found a mini fluted cake pan (to make Eggface's protein donuts with).  I found it at Walmart in Auburn for 10.00.  I made chocolate protein donuts tonight for dessert with melted sf chocolate chips...Yummo!  My kids liked them too.  Next time I make them and there will be a next time I need to shave some of the time off to retain a little bit more of the moistness.

I haven't tried those yet...of course there's just me eating them so I would only have to make a half batch.

Save the $$$ - the mini muffin pan works just fine - almost like a donut hole.

I add a little pumpkin or applesauce to moisten them up a little.

Ok, so I added a bit of applesauce and only cooked them for about 7 minutes and they are still a bit dry???!!!!???  They have a pretty good taste, just a bit dry!  Sitting a little heavy in my pouchy.

What do you all top yours with?    I melted some sugar free Hershey's Special Dark chocolate and drizzled over the top and then sprinkled with Splenda.    Like I said, taste pretty good, just a little dry for my liking.........
