Prunes - warning bathroom talk

I've discovered prunes to solve the (pardon me)  poo problem. I wasn"t constipated, but it was difficult to evacuate. I have bran buds with my fage every morning but that wasn't enough to solve the problem.

It seems 2 nights of 2 prunes as a snack have helped. Nutritious, natural and not one of those yucky drinks. I have citrucel and miralax but don't really like them.

What do you use to make things easier?

I do pretty good with just a stool softener.  I had started using Fiber Choice but found I was having MORE difficulty with it than without it!  Go figure!   When I need a good cleansing, I just have some Weight Control oatmeal for breakfast...works every time for me!

The further out I'm getting from surgery, the more normal the poo issue is becoming for me. Oatmeal was my savior early out, for the most part that has kept things moving along. My backup is beans.  Fiber supplements and stool softeners did not work for me.
