oh my gosh!! I had a tarable night mare last night. I was dreaming that i had the RNY surgery and I was still hungry all the time! I woke up in a sweat!

Yikes! What an awful thought.

Caution here I am 2 1/2 years out and I do get hungry now.
I know it was a dream but I  still (now) have to control it. I didn't realize that before surgery that i would get to a place where i still have to control it.

I get a little bit of hunger now, but only when I haven't eaten in a long time!   Glad that is just a nightmare!!!!   You'll be fine!

LOL...it's different for all - like most everything in this process. I had hoped to not feel hunger as easily as I do, but alas I did and relatively early on. I had to change my eating from the 3 meals recommended to me on my program to six mini meals.
