Too fat for Wii Fit....

Wow, this is the ultimate insult.  My DH bought me a Wii for Christmas and I have been loving it but wanted to step it up a bit. So I bought a Wii fit and went through the set up, when it went to weigh me it said I exceeded the weight limits and it was "resetting the software."  At which time it took my Mii out of the game.  So I'm too fat for a video game.  That is a first!!

Not for long. You're doing all the right things. You'll be on that Wii in no time!

Don't worry.........You'll be on that Wii fit and having fun before you know it!

What is the weight? I would be I am still 315.
Do the walking CD's and you will get down there. I don't look to loose a lot more,because of my physical problems.

Don't feel bad.  I exceed the weight for a tread mill.  Now that is pretty devestating.  Don't worry, you'll get down there.  Just make it a fun challenge to be able to jump on the wii and enjoy it. youll get down there soon enough.

330lbs is the limit.  They say in the literature that it could withstand probably double that, but due to weights and measures department laws they had to cap it at 330lbs. 

Yeah, I know about the weight limit - I was too much for it at first, but you will get there. In the meantime there are still a lot of games other than the wiifit that get you moving - have you tried something like DanceDance Revolution?

That's a good idea. I do the WiiSports now, but I was getting a little bored with it and wanted to try something different.

Thanks for the info about the weight limit.  My family has been hounding me to try theirs and I don't need the public humiliation of having the Wii tell me I am too fat in front of them.

I want to get a WII and a Wii Fit .  Just saving the money for it.  I have heard of the little guy that comes on and says your obese.  Just what I need....LOL  I actually bought a new scale.  First one I have had in years.  I wanted to have a true weight for when I start the liquid diet on Thursday.  The good thing is it said I lost a few pound since my last nutrition visit so I was happy with that.  Well let the part begin.LOL
