gained1/2lbs, need to wait 6 weeks before seeing the doc

I have had a crappy day!! i went to my last nut appointment and well i gained 1/2 lbs. Well that means i have to wait 6 more weeks before i am cleared to see the doc by the nut.  I should have asked if i could go take a crap before i was put on the scale!!! uhgggggggggggggggggg!!! If i could throw a timper tantrum i would!! oh well i think i will join weigh****chers again and make sure i have lost some weight by april 1. 

Sorry about your visit today. Bummer to be put on hold to see the surgeon.

WW is a good idea, or any program which teaches healthy eating and activity.

You're going through the program at EMMC, right? Have you picked a surgeon yet?  I get so confused when I see Dr Abawi with your avatar.
Yes, I'm easily confused sometimes.

Hmmm.......MaineGal isn't the only one confused about your surgeon!!! Inquiring minds want to know!!!

I know right now the delay is frustrating - I went through it as well, once the surgery is done - this will seem like a little blip on the radar.

I feel your frustration, and only a half a pound that stinks. I hope all goes well from here on..

That happened to me as well. When I went back I had only lost a couple of pounds (probably had a good crap that am) and I was referred. Good luck, it goes by quickly and gives you time to make more adjustments to your life style.  And yes, what surgeon is Dr. Awabi?

Wow things have changed since I had my surgery. I was 470 and I didn't HAVE to loose any. I did loose 15 eventually.
A 1/2 lb can be fluid....

thanks y'all, well i don't know how to change the surgeon name!! i have tried to change it to todder but i cant figure out how. so any one who can help is appreciated!! I am going threw the program at EMMC and my surgon is DR. Todder.
