whats the point??

I went into Lewiston today to get a few things at a little store that i used to live near, they have the best chicken salad (breast meat and only a little mayo, ground up nice and fine... it was my saving grace for about a year when i couldn't keep down solid protein) and thought that maybe since it was a pretty nice day that i would take my son to the park and walk along the river in auburn/lewiston.... I was compleatly disapointed as soon as we drove up, the park was covered in snow (do they dump extra snow in play grounds??) and the "walking path" that we used to walk every day was also covered with snow...   The path is paved so I can't understand why it couldn't be plowed... maybe im just getting spoiled here in Lisbon with the plowed paths??

Sorry to hear it wasn't plowed out down there!  What a bummer!  Lisbon is great for plowing paths over there!

We went walking at Thorncrag yesterday.  It was kinda slippery/icy in places and you had to step around the doggy doodoo, but it was a nice hike in the woods!

I've been disappointed with the sidewalk/path clearing this year in Belfast, many aren't cleared at all and what are have taken a long time for the ice to melt off them. I wonder if it's related to the economy?

Think SPRING guys then no matter about snow. Won't it be grand??????
