So much fun!!!!!!

I've had so much fun this weekend!!!!!  Friday evening, I went to my nephew's birthday party which was held at an ice arena!!!  I went ice skating for the first time in 10 or 15 years!  WOW!  It was amazing!  We had SOOO much fun!!!!!!!!!  I didn't even fall!!!!!!!!  That's a HUGE thing for me!  I hate falling!!!

Saturday morning, I took the two DS's and we went to Salvation Army and we found each of us a pair of ice skates!!  WOOHOO!!!!  So, Saturday afternoon, we went ice skating again, at an outdoor "rink", for free!  We were there for at least 2 hours!!!!

Today, Sunday, we met my brother, dad, mom, and 3 nephews and we went skating AGAIN!  I'm not sure how much this counts towards my exercise, but it sure was more fun than walking around my neighborhood!!!!!!

I can't wait to go again next weekend!!!!!!!!  I need to find more "free" skating rinks though!  Any ideas?????

I can't even remember the last time I was on ice skates......let's just say many, many moons ago - but I use to love it.

Too bad you live so far away - we have a great free place to go ice skating here in Belfast - it's outside.

I have not ice skated in a few years.  It is fun!!!  And definetly counts towards exercise!!!!  Where did you go for free?  I live 2 mins from Kennebe**** Arena but I think they charge $5 per person. 

There's a football field in Auburn that someone has plowed and flooded (actually, about 1/2 the football field) But we were pretty much alone on the ice. It wasn't terribly smooth, but for free, what the heck!?!?!   It was fun and it got us moving!

I'm sure there are some ponds or something that have been plowed around here, I just have to find them!!!!

It's definitely fun!!!!!

Oh and here I thought you were talking about Rollerskating (on facebook)!  Awesome! I took my nieces and nephew to Happy Wheels, I had a great time and didn't fall!!  I even did a little backwards!!  Woohoo!
