One more step

So I'm one more step along in the process.  Had an appt. with my PCP today and they're faxing over the initial referral either today or tomorrow.  I've been to both Dr. Loggins and Dr. Trieu's info sessions and I was so impressed with both doctors.  I finally decided to go with Trieu because he's closer for me and I've worked with Nate the trainer before and liked him a lot. 

Now I just have to make a final decision between Lap Band and RNY.  I make up my mind for RNY and then start thinking about the Band.  Hopefully it'll become a little clearer than mud when I meet with Dr. Trieu.

Congratulations!  I am so excited for you.  I am waiting for my appointment with my pcp to get a referral too.  I am sure that Dr. Trieu will help you make up your mind about which procedure you want and need.

That's terrific, and yes your surgeon will help you choose which surgery is best for you. Also - good for you that you checked out different programs.

Good for you, read read read, thats how I made my decision and your Dr will have some input as well, but in the end it is your decision, and not an easy one, good luck !!
