Accountability post, AGAIN!
ok, good morning all. Birthday's over, Superbowl, done, almost walking again. So, time to kick ass and get serious again. My today's goal: 1000 calories or less 80 oz water, 70 or more protein.

FOOD FOR THE DAY:
B: coffee,
S: banana
L: hamb & chic leg,sl cheese
S: 2oz ham
D: 2 wasa, cheese, turkey, lettuce, mustard
S: 15 fat free pringles

My exercise goals for the week are to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. To do this I plan to walk a lap aruond the the college on my class breaks, and to walk around the block on my lunch break, and walk the kido's to school on my mornings or afternoons off. My second goal is to go to the gym 3 days this week for a full workout (and get a plan done for there).
My food goals for the week are to eat oatmeal and a fruit for breakfast, with a nsa cib drink (an hr later), for lunch have some kind of protein and vegi's (as few white carbs as posible), and for dinner eat with the family at the table and eat the dinner that i have pre-written on sunday for a balanced days meals.
This weekend is the boys Blue and Gold banquet for scouts (means that I am stuck in a room with lots of people that are eating soooo much they can't move and 20 min later eatting so much cake it would put diabetics in the grave) so my goal for Saturday is to stick to my plan, eat my normal amount of food, alow myself a small peice of cake and to bring my water bottle so that i am not stuck drinking the overly sugarfied nasty pretend lemonaid (hahaha)....

I still have a huge problem with water so I drink coffe( de-cafe of course) ,diet cocoa, v8 juice, skim milk popcicles,jello
I think my weight loss is slow because of my water issue.or should say liguid issue's
Protien is no problem for me.

HHmmm.....goals for this week, huh?
Well, maybe I'll try to get to the gym a coupla times?!?!? Just depends how busy it gets with work and the kiddos! I DID shovel for an hour today (does that count as exercise?? There was a huge snow pile at the end of the driveway and I couldn't see if cars were coming, so I got rid of most of it so I won't get creamed pulling out tomorrow! WOOHOO!!!)
Why do I always have excuses for not going to the gym? Sheessh...coupla months ago, I was thinking the gym was my cross-addiction! Amazing how things change!

I'm jumping in on the accountability post! I have been making some not so good choices lately and I'm owning up to it. Not going over my calories, and not overeating....but semi-bad choices. For example: why have a cheese stick when for almost the same calories I can have 3 sugar free YUMMY vanilla wafers. Bad girl!
I have also been really slacking on the exercise. I'm getting back on the wagon. I am the maid of honor in a wedding at the end of May and I need to do some serious toning.
I did get the biggest loser cookbook and I'm going to try to get everyone (DH included) to eat much more healthy around here....
