Good Morning,
Another day, right?  I had a terrible diet day yesterday, and sat on my arsss all day long, last night my foot was killing me. feels much better today, but you know when you have a sore and you over compensate and walk on the side of your foot, or all crooked, now the part of my foot that doesn't have the bo bo's hurts. lol  need to take it really easy again today, got a big day planned with sister tomorrow and sat. shopping with DD for dresses.  dont know how my toe will feel.  anyway.  scale was up again today.  hmmm?? so much for 199.  Story of my life.   I'm just going to count calories and stick to low carbs today, this liquid diet isn't good for someone who is bored and sitting on the couch all day.  Might go back to it, next week, when I"m busier and dont have time to think so much about food. so that being said:

Hope your foot is feeling better by this weekend!  Sounds like fun......shopping!   I am back home now after a close call with the bathroom at work!  EEWW!!!!!!!!!  Not feeling so good!   Anyways!

B:  CC fat free milk, light wheat toast with Promise light spread
S:   nothing
L: ??  depends how I'm feeling the rest of the day!
May be a really light eating day.........see what happens!

was feeling fine when I got up.  Ate breakfast (maybe too quickly???) and by the time I got to work, I couldn't stay out of the bathroom.  So.......I'm back home now!  Feeling a little bit better but stomach still kinda crampy, in the bathroom too much still!  YUCK!   Maybe it's a stomach bug?  Who knows???  It'll get better!

A stomach bug has been going around. I had it earlier this week. If it's the same it only lasts about 24 hours.  Good luck.

Starting off bad already:
B: Sausage, egg, english muffin
     Diet Pepsi (yes, I caved... first one in a LONG time)
S: Orange
L: Tomato soup/FF crackers
S: FF Yogurt
D: Chicken, vegetable, rice

Then I'm sure it will all go to hell.....

Ok, back to Journaling, Miss Thang!  I am having a hard time doing that Daily Plate. Just hard to find the time.

B:  3 slices of Sharp Cheddar
      Med Banana (of course) 
 
S: Ka****LC granola Bar (they help me poo!) 
     1 oz Chicken Nuggets ( not what you think, they are the jerky kind Sesame Teriyaki flavor yum.. I found them today at Mardens 2 pouches for a buck!!)

L: 3 Slices of Turkey Breast and 3 Clausen Pickle Slices

S: Small Apple (we ran out of bananas!  OH NO!)
     16 Nut-Thins, I love them!!

Ooooopppppss, ah my tomato soup for lunch very much resembled a cheeseburger and french fries. Talk about falling off the wagon, here I go setting myself up for failure.  I have to see Dayna (the NUT at EMMC) on Tuesday and I have been doing so good!  Okay, back at it!  Tomato soup and FF crackers for dinner. Scrap the chicken, I'll make hubby a sandwich he's tired from plowing all night anyway.

ok, girl you keep this up you and I are gonna get some ass whippin!!!  take it one meal at a time.  do you journaling daily?  are you counting calories? and how many can you have.  maybe you need more to help you have more choices.  This is coming from the girl who is going Bar Hopping tomorrow... 'All DAY" !!!!!!!!!  yikes.  if you see me post tomorrow night and the word look like tohis, you might know, i was a bad girl>>>>
