yup, I've moved from the bed to the toilet to the computer chair, what a workout.  I'm now waiting for the kids to jump on the bus so I can head to the gym to really move.

Yup, I moved today!  I am lucky, my Dad does all the snowblowing and shoveling.  I went to my last b-fit class today until Summer.  I have to start saving for my trip to Mexico in August. So I am going to just take what I learned and do it at home, using my ramp and stability ball and free weights. Still going to Curves Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat.

PS Shoveling is great core and arm work!  Don't forget to stretch before and after!!!

Not yet, but after what I ate today I am sure going to give it a heck of a run tonight. Wii for 25-30 minutes and treadmill for 25-30 minutes.
