WEDNESDAY EATING:
well, no scale victory today, was at 201.0, no biggie, i'm really getting used to this crap. I did good yesterday, but ate more red meat (steak) then I should have last night. (with NO restriction I must say) was a little dissapointed, if I would have gotten full like I usually do I would have stopped eating. I skipped my last protein shake and fruit tho. so, its another day guys.
B: 2 Coffees, protein shake (gonna be a tough day, i'm already thinking of food)
S: Cheese stick
L: Protein Shake w/skim milk and PB2, 1 c brocolli
S; Small salad w/ff dressing
D: 3 oz. fish, sm. potatoe, 1t RF butter, brocolli
S: Protein Shake, w/PB2,
(PREDICTION: to hit 199 by Thurs morning)

Yeah, as usual I veered right off the track when I got home last night. I'm pretty sure I didn't "plan" for the two martinis and the bowl of popcorn...

D: On the run (have to plow with the hubby)
I have my second Nut appt. on Tuesday, I sure hope I've at least lost a couple of lbs. or it will be another six weeks!!!

S; wasa with choc PB2
L: salad with turkey and light dressing
S: sugar free hershey chocolate filled with caramel (YUMMY!!!!!) 30 cals each piece! OH MY!
D: ??
S: this one will get me!!!!! always does.........probably some blueberries with cool whip free or some Pringles light potato chips
