So I went to Bangor for my 3 month app't with the NUT yesterday...I know !!
3 months already (well, on Feb. 4th it will be)...where does the time go ?!?!
It was a "group" meeting which was fun and more informative...I thought so anyway...
and "their" scales are awesome !! Was down (almost) 2 pounds more than what my scales are "telling" me...so that definitely called for the "happy dance" !!

Was great seeing Emily and her DH...she looks AWESOME...especially after everything she's been through...Glad to hear you're feeling better Emily !!
