just weighted in 200.2..whhoooo hooo, maybe tomorrow.  anyway, i'm off to town to bring MLM to work, meet sister for mall walk, tanning, a few errands and foot surgery at 11:00,, haha, getting part of little toe amputated, might just be that .2. heheh.  what chu eating today.

L:1 protein shake w/1/2 c milk, 2Tpb2
S: 1 c asparagus

D: 6 oz steak, sm potato, 1 c salad, ff dressing,

Wowzer by the end of the day yesterday the daily plate said I had a net of 117 calories. Hmmm I am burning alot with my exercising should I try adding healthy calories?  So far I have just had a protein bar 32 grams protein and 320 calories only 1g sugar. Now trying to get my fluids in that has been hard for me for some reason just lately though. I think that is why I am actually retaining a little fluid. I need to up my fluids.

Today's menu so far has been:

2 soft boiled eggs
1/2 Arnold select sandwich flat
4 oz Blueberry-Pomegranat juice w/ 4 oz water
Pralines and Cream coffee

Lunch- I think will be tomato slices, avocado slices and mozzerella balls w/ basil and a drizzle of olice oil. A few WW crackers

Dinner- Salmon
