It seems we have all been snacking more than we should. Do you think it is related to the cold? Not that that should be an excuse but just wondering.  Anyway have a great day all I got to get moving now.

I'm not speaking for you guys, but I think its a matter of feeling comfortable with yourself, almost at goal, and just picking up those bad habbits again, slowly they come back.  I"ve done it a hundred times before.  I on the other hand am a different story.  Not even close to goal or feeling comfortable, just still stauling.  I just need to step it up, my food is on track.  might cheat on a few beers on weekends.  (but always stay within my calories of 1200) I'm just not sure I know how to move my motabilism.  less calories, more calories, i've done it all.  it goes up, it goes down, I think I could write a song about this ****ty journey.  I def. could exercise more.  BUT, I"M still ok still on the down instead of the up....  that being said Kathy, this cold SUCKS!!!

It might be the cold weather............I dunno??  Maybe trying to build up that "fat" layer for the cold winter ahead?  (Since we've lost a layer??)  or maybe, as Cheryl said, it's just getting more comfortable and allowing ourselves some indulgences? (sp??)   Wish I knew so I could stop whatever it is!   Keep on moving!  I'll try too!

I've been giving this some thought for myself - in my life it seems to be directly related to having my house in an upheavel while doing renovations - I have to absolutely plan my food and not wing it - and I haven't been in my normal rituals since I moved. I need to work on this.

Cold weather produces the need to hibernate and "fat up" so carbs would be the way...that's what I'm thinking as the scale goes up and down...arrrggghhh

It was magic when she realized who she had become...

I dunno- but those Christmas nuts are going out today!  I discovered I could "handle" them. That was a mistake! Nuts are high caloric little buggers.

Last night's snack was a 1/2 grapefruit.
