Kathy, I'll do fine during the week (BEER)  it is my birthday on Friday tho??  anyway, I know I need to do this longer then 3 days,  but I need to make small goals, if I see a slight move it will encourage me to go for another 3,  I'm weird like that.  "Small Goals"  whooo hooo, i'm excited, and we all will work together too.

Well, I think it's great that you are still doing your exercise though, you are right it probably would have been 10.  Keep it up!
