ok, so I have gained 5 lbs this month.  I am eating more sweets and more fast food.  I do make sure I exercise 5 days a week.  Good thing I do, cuz it probably could have been 10 lbs!! I need a kick in the U know where, peeps!   I was making the excuse that the RNY was causing this horrendous gas, and it has to a point but it is because it is trying to do something with the fat I eat.  Obviously, the gas is worse because of what I am eating!!  And Cheryl, remember you already gave me your kick tonight! LOL 
so.. my plan... start journaling my food and cutting way back on fat and fast food!!

Help me please!

WOW!  I could have written that!   I'm being so bad too!  Carbs and sweet stuff is killin me!  I won't kick you in da butt unless you kick me too! The sad part is, I HAVE been journaling and stuff....just adding to my log!  I just can't help myself some days!  YIKES!   I gotta head back to the gym!!!!!!!!!!

You are not alone!   Should we start a daily whatchya eating post again?  Something like that might help me?!?!?!?!  IDK!  I need to quit eating the junk!   Kick me in da butt too.........PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kick you in the arse? Where that stinky stench comes from? I don't think so!

I will remind you however to refocus - look how far you've come and how hard you've worked....now with plastics right around the corner.

Something in the air with eating wrong foods - I'm right there with you struggling to stay on track.

Kathy, I'm ok with kicking you again...  I like Ruth's idea, lets do what you eating again too.  this way we can all be accoountable to each other and get ideas.  I'm starting today with something a little different.

Protein shake for breakfast and lunch

and a sensible dinner.  I need to stay away from too much cheese too, i was eating too much of it doing Atkins.  oh, and going to get some vitamins tues. morning.  thanks for pointing that blooper out to me Kathy.  We are quite the team here and we can all figure this out again.  We have and will continue to have bumps in the road.  But we can do it.

Here's a big HUG for you to get back on track....

actually: this is what i'm following:  going to try this for a few days and see if it moves my scale if it does after 3 days, I'm going to try and follow this instead of Atkins, I think I was getting in too many fats.

3 No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast or protein shake
1 Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken or 3 oz fish or meat, veggie, small carb (1 slice bread, sm potatoe)
snacks:
1/2 cup non-fat or low fat cottage cheese or cheese stick
1 cup cooked broccoli (1 Vegetable)
1/2 cup canned pineapple - drained (1 Fruit)
1/2 cup 1% or skim milk (1/2 milk)
Lettuce with one cup raw vegetables (unlimited raw vegetable)
1 tsp. Olive oil and unlimited vinegar (1 Fat) or fat free dressing

I think I will follow that!   Sounds good to me!  I think you need to do it longer than 3 days, though.  Give it at least a week. Anyone following that diet is bound to see results.  And NO more beer, Cheryl!! 

ETA: I am going to substitute  the protien shake though     This morning I had no fat Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt.  I also have some left over high protein choc pudding.  So I am going to sub the protein with either those or bars. I just can't stomach the protein shakes anymore.  Living on them for 3 months just killed it,  that and cottage cheese.
