again, not sure if you RNY can have this, but I was in the mood for something sweet and fattenning today.  I took some PB2 choc. mixed with water and 4 crushed almonds,  put in a containner of pudding (mine was fat free)  yours would be sugar free?  was good, and had some crunch too.  I was going to try it with cool whip but was out.  anyway, easy quick and good.

that does sound good.  I have a jar of pb2 sitting on my shelf that I've used maybe 2 times?? I don't eat pb all that much anymore...weird before surgery pb was my favorite thing!! I love snacking on whole almonds though..yum!

PB2 is powdered peanut butter with less calories and fat than regular peanut butter.  Check it out here!        www6.netrition.com/cgi/prices.cgi            It's really good stuff!  I love the chocolate PB2!
