At first I took Centrum Chewable. But now can't stand that orange taste. yuck!  Now since I am over 18 months out, I just take One-A-Day Women's (generic brand)  But I take one in the morning and one in the evening.  They are now saying RNY patients should take two multi vits a day.  Along with that I take a sub-lingual (melts under the tongue) Vitamin D 10,000 IU, and finally  sub-lingual B12 500 mcg.  I am struggling with my Calcium, but I have Calcium Citrate Lozenges(cinnamon flavored) with Vit D from Bariatric Advantage.

I take 2 flintsones chewables a day. When that bottle is empty I plan to purchase a "one a day" vitamin pill.

Hi Emily,

You may want to take 2 flintstones in the morning and 2 in the evening. Just so you get all that you need.
