shopping with the girls

I hope the girls had a good time today, cause I did.  remember I don't get out often, it was fun.  we had a good meal at "On the Border".  It went down great and I was very excited. I had "on the light side shrimp taco" yum yum. we went to the mall, after much searching for a parking spot, we walked around.  then  ya!!!  the "xmas tree shop"  Now your talking, I got some wine glassed 10 of them, and some other crap, for the wedding.  then went to Michaels for some glass paint, got home and in about one hour had all ten glasses painted with daisies all over them.  OMG, i'm having a blast, now I need to go back and get more glasses.  I'll take a picture tomorrow. so mama wasnt' home to cook today and they went out for pizza, the left overs were sitting on the counter, when I got home. great??  I might lick the bottom of the box? Hope you all had a great day too.

I had a great time too!  The company I was with was awesome!  Shopping is ALWAYS great!  The boys are blowing up their new snow tube and are REALLY happy with it!  We gotta do this again........anyone else joining us next time???

I am kicking myself for not buying one of those snow tubes!  I might have to run over there tomorrow after Church.

I had a great time today with you girls!  Next time we should go rollar skating! Ha Ha!  I can't believe you got all those glasses painted! You ARE good!  I look forward to seeing pic of them!!  I had beans for dinner and 3 slices of turkey.  My friend cancelled on dinner she is sick. Kind of glad, I don't think my tummy could handle another meal out.

hey did the doc tell you to get one touch. i have old sugar testeer my sisterinlaw gave me i should get the stuff and check mine once in awhile

No, I have been just having these low blood sugar episodes and I was kind of curious what my level is when this happens.  Ruth was very nice to give me one.  I was never diabetic or anything before surgery. Just now I think I am hypoglycemic. I guess it is common with RNY patients.

so tell me, is there a rollar skating rink up by you folks?  I only know of Happy Wheels in Portland. I just checked it out, $5.00 to get in and $1.50 to rent skates.  That's cheap enough!  I wonder if they rent elbow, knee and butt pads?  LOL
