I worked out on the "firm- wave" Have any of you seen the infomercial? I love it. Really works the core. Because of my back issues I need something low/ non- impact to strengthen my core muscles. But, I confess the carb monster is hounding me big time. I start everyday with good intentions to keep the carbs to a minimum, but seem to keep slipping. Damn, carbs. It's as bad as crack! Oh, and Cheryl, I hate to exercise always have and I literally have to MAKE myself. I don't mind this new "FIRM" series because the workouts are 30-40mins and seem to really be making a difference fast. We are all here for support and that means sharing the good as well as the bad. You all know I've been struggling with life lately and I'm very grateful for your kind words.

I think we all struggle at some point or another! I struggle ALL the time! Yeah, I don't post it all, but please KNOW that I DO!! I eat carbs! I eat sugar! I don't exercise like I should just because I don't WANNA! You know what???? IT'S OK!!!!! It REALLY is! I'm done beating myself up about it and everyone else should be too! What good does it do us really?? We do the best we can........follow the "rules" as best we can.....and let it all settle where it may! I think we are ALL in a better place than we were..........say, a month or a year ago!! Isn't that what it's all about? Making ourselves just a little better? Day by day........We CAN do it!
Thank you Ruth I tend to beat myself up about EVERYTHING. This is one area I am going to give myself a little slack because I am healthier and happier then I have been in a very long time I would like to reach my goal by the summer time but if I don't I am not going to have a cow.
