Gas - who knew?

Ok....so I've read about the horrendous gas after RNY, but haven't had huge issues with it compared towhat I went through all my life with IBS.....until last night that is.

Beans are something I have avoided since childhood because of their effects on me - last night a friend made me dinner using beans....OMG - pain all night - I never got to sleep because of it - so much worse than anything before WLS....the goods news is, it's not serious - but man while it lasted....

I KNEW!!!   I gets worse the farther post-op you are!

LOL - oh goody - something to look "forward" to.....

I LOVE GAS, there's nothing like it.  a long rumbling pwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwrrrrrrrrr.  I scare my DH.  this sounds weird but you know what gives me gas?  Chewing gum.  ( no flameing please I know I know, no gum)...  I'm so proud when I rip a good one.

We can have a contest.....next Maine WLS gathering - who rips the best one!

(no flaming - I chew gum at work being on the phone all day only way to keep my throat from drying out)

and we can have "most putrid smell"     I bet I win!  

ummm weight a minute!  Why aren't you drinking water?   No GUM!!  Remember?


ETA: oh geez!  wait and weight, can you tell I am obsessed with that word!! 

oh sorry, you said no flaming didn't you!   sorry!   I am on the phone all day too, bu****er works for me....  Are you in a call center?  

Oh yeah, I work in a call center......and yes I also drink a lot of water - but it's so dry in the building nothing works but gum.....I know I'm a bad, bad girl......but my vices are almost non-existant now....

oh, dont' listen to that Banana eating, reese dumping, choc dipped strawberrry eating, stinking fart of a woman. chew that gum.
