I didn't get enough liquids in yesterday. I am dizzy when I get up from the bed or chair..
I'm tired of not feeling well. I was a wake every 3 hours last night, when it was time to take another pain pill.  I'm not hungry- but know I have to eat a t meal times.

I'm done whinning.............

Today's goals- get fluids in, get proteins in.

Sorry  Emily   I sure hope you   are feeling better soon.

But glad you can keep food down now.   Not being hungry is what  gastric by pass can be like most of time.   enjoy the feeling as  hunger does come back.

Take care

I'm a bit late with this reply but I sure hope you are feeling better by now!  Like everyone else has said......keep pushing those fluids!  Be careful when you get up.....move slowly and make sure you have your balance before you take off!  Be careful!

Hope it clears up quickly for you!
Hugs!
