as many of you can see, my goal for this week is to get going on wedding plans.  my dd wants daisy's as a theme, and I'll probably be making the cake, isn't this cake beautiful?  I'll use yellow ribbon and daisy's tho.  but I love these colors,  again (BROWN)...

I know I cannot wait to see a daisy!!  There is so much snow up here, it is going to be at least July until I see the grass again!!  That cake is beautiful, I would never in a million years have the patience to make something like that!!

oh, yes you could, people just look at things like this as the whole picture, rather then 3 simple cakes, frozed, wrapped with ribbon and flowers places on.  so EASY.  Now if it were a cake with frosting flowers, then I agree.  I just finished making a few samples of the invitations.  NOW, that was a blast.

I spent most of they day figuring out a design for the cake, Wedding favors (thinking about buying wine glasses and etching them myself, guest can use them for the toast then they can keep them), an easy desing for the invitations, and calling for caterers (what I want for Appitizers).  Decorations for the back yard and what I will need.

that cake is gorgeous!@!!! i made a wedding cake for my neice as a gift and i'll never do it again. i was so stressed getting it to the reception. i was so afraid of it falling or having to slam my brakes on. it came out beautiful and i got lots of compliments but not worth the stress. i say never but i'd make one for my son when he gets married. maybe decorate it at the reception hall. that would make it easier.

anyway, my favorite flower is the daisy. what a lovely choice for them.
