catering anyone?

I'm in the process of looking for a caterer for my DD's wedding in August.  It will be a "****tail Reception".  I'm even considering buying all the appitizers we will be serving from BJ's.  so I would only need someone to warm up in oven, plate up and probably need 2 social people to serve on platters to the 60 people.  (I want someone who can pass the food, be social, but not a pain in the butt, and look clean) This will be all here at my house.  and probably need someone for 2 - 3 hours at the most.  We live in the Lewiston/Auburn Area.  Any one need extra $? and think they could do this without problem.  I have tons of calls out, but looking for quality and good price.  Not sure in which direction to go.  Any suggestions? 

I would be happy to ask my DS, he lives in Lewiston and works in the food industry for Head Start and a Nursing Home.  He's sociable and well-mannered.

cool,  I just set up an appt with a caterer in Hallowell,  we'll see what kind of thing we can work out.  I will def. keep you in mind, this place usually caterers to state function in Augusta, i'm sure they charge dearly.  but not many places locally do what I want.  grrrrrr
