Chocolate- this is a record!

I'm not sure why, but we puchased candy for the Christmas holiday. Certainly DH and I weren't going to eat the stuff.  There's a bag of kisses and M&M's still on the coffee table in the living room, UNOPENED!!!!!

I was a chocoholic- couldn't get enough of the good stuff. I think my chocolate craving was removed with sugery.  I have no interest in candy. I'll have to bring them to the studio for the candy dish. Otherwise they will become a study in dust collection.

I know what you mean Emily....my kids got a ton of chocolate in their stockings and we still have a ton of it left!  Last year it would be gone by now and waiting patiently for Valentines Day....lol

I don't crave sweets anymore.

I am pining for the day... LOL Not me, I will find something to MAKE if there isn't any chocolate around.  The other night I made a 1/2 batch of chocolate chip cookies just so I could eat two. I couldn't go to bed until I had them!  Then my DH finds them the next morning and says "did you make cookies last night?"  Yep, that would be me.

I was the same way, and I have some since surgery - but it doesn't have the same effect on me as before surgery - let's hope it stays this way.

Hi!  My name is Ruth and I'm a chocoloholic!  Always was, always will be!  I usually stick with the sugar free stuff, but I still gotta have me some chocolate SOMETIMES!   At least it's just 1 piece now instead of a whole bag!  YIKES!

lol..too funny but so true.  My mom gave me a box of Andes mints for Christmas..something she has done for a very long time.  I limited myself to 2 a day everytime I wanted some chocolate.  I just finished the box on Sunday.  Something that would have been gone the day I got them.  Now I'm quite content with sf or none at all.
