this really gets to me.  the Biggest Looser and Dr Oz's new weight loss show, why?? why??? must people have to take their shirt off or weigh in, with a bra on?  OMG,  is this suppose to be humiliating?   if you weigh in with a t shirt on every week, it will show a loss or a gain.  we don't strip naked at the dr's?  What bugs you about these shows?  OH, and talk about setting you up to fail.  these guys on the BL exercise 6 hours a day.  NOW REALLY !!! who does that.  My Son swam competitively from the age of 6 thru college and during his best years (won State Olympics and was always top 3 in the state for many years, high school, held college records) he  swam 4 hours a day.  anyway...

I don't usually watch that show but yeah that seems over the top....but it is a competition.  I would die if I had to strip down on national television to weigh in...no thanks.

I know I don't understand why the ladies can stand there and wait their turn to get weighed with just their bras on...but the men get to stand there and wait with their t-shirts on???????  Why????

I don'****ch those shows either, but I HATE getting nekked when I'm alone, so I CAN'T imagine being in front of a bunch of people with just undies on!  YIKES!  That's my worst nightmare!!   I hate bathing suits too!

I generally don'****ch BL. I don't think loosing weight is a contest.

The one recent time I watched I saw a trainer who work their client to the point of puking on the treadmill.

Something's not right there.

And throwing up is the least of the humiliation. I did watch the show last week and the trainer yelled obsenities at a woman who was like only two weeks in and couldn't run for 30 seconds. Hello, if I had to run to save my life I would be dead. I get her, she was trying but he yelled at her and swore repeatedly.  It was AWFUL!!!

I personally like the show..If we all worked out the way they do we would not have any sagging skin that needs to be removed after all our weight loss.. Exercise is a big key here...The trainers have to be tough on them ,just like Corinne is tough on us....
The reason they show the women in their bras is to really see just how big they are ... If only we all looked at our self's in the mirror every day we would not have had to had the surgery at all ...Mirrors tell the truth..
It's better to tell the truth than to remember a lie..." Meaning we were lying to ourselves thinking we were not fat when we really were .
These men and women have what none of us have Determination  at whatever the cost..."Let the world see you fat then let them see you thin". That takes guts..
