Something fun to do out in cold

I saw this on the Cedar Rapids newspaper where I am orginally from.We tried it this morning modified a bit. They said to boil water in a pan take it out side and throw the water up away from you ofcourse. We just mircrowaved water in a cup ( it would have been hotter on the stove) so we took it out and my 13 yr old threw the water and it turns to steam and vapor. It was really cool. Don't know how cold it has to be to do it I would think tonight it would be or early in morning.

sounds like a blast, I think I'll have the guys do it, and I'll watch from the window and make them Hot cocoa...

Oh cool!  I wish I had read this yesterday when I had the kids over(my great nieces & nephew)!!  Today seems to be warmer, not sure if it would work now.
