Rcovery time

Thanks for all the input on the recovery time and the kids.  I am just very upset with my ex right now because he has known about the surgery for 8 months and the actual surgery date for 4 months.  He agreed to take them for a week but now had decided he can't (won't is more like it) I know I can, and will do it because thats what we moms do but nervous because there is no one else in the house incase of an emergency.   My kids are in school all day so that helps.  Thanks so much for the responses.  Tracy

So sorry you are having a hard time with the ex. I wish I were closer I would check in on you from time to time. I wonder if your insurance would cover you having a home nurse check in on you where you are alone? Your kids look old enough to be able to be a big help to you. Sorry the ex is wussing out on you!  Maybe get some friends or church members lined up to help out...just in case!???  I think they are old enough that they should be a big help though.  Let me know if there's anything I can do to help

Thanks guys.  I have two wonderful friends who have offered to stay with me so I should be all set.  It just makes me ugly that they have to cover for him just because he wants to be a butt.  But I can't wait to have the surgry and start my new life.  My friends are really excited too.  We have already discussed that when we go out to eat I can eat free...I can just have some of theirs because they never finish anyway.  I will be a cheap date...lol.

They can put munkey wrenches into your plans, can't they. Sorry for this glitch in your best laid preparations.
