sad little story

Let me tell you about this little 13 year old girl.  I'm not sure about all the details but this is what I heard from my hair dresser.  This young girl had asthma (sp) and had a rought night breathing, so her parents took her to CMMC, after not being able to regulate her breathing they brought her to Maine Med, but on the way down, she stopped breathing, and they lost her.  the EMT's cut her chest open and messaged her heart till they got there.  once there, they got her back, but not without complications.  So now, this little girl named Megan is blind and has lost her balance part of her brain, she is going thru PT and testing and has been there since August.  she is fianlly coming home on Jan. 27.  she is learning braile, her puter has brail keys.  Her brain is damaged from lack of Oxygen.  I read her mom's blog daily and read also about her best friend who she met there at MM.  Please say a little prayer for both these girls.  Her friend just went home today.  She has no hope and has cytic fybrosis.  She has gone home to die.  she has only days.  I saw pictures today of her getting Make a dream and seeing Hanna Montana.  she only has one leg.  Not sure of all her story.  It makes me stop and think, that maybe my complaining is so petty and life just isn't fair.  Thanks for listening.   and saying a few prayers for them.
