Yep those were tastey....very satisfying too, oooeey gooey cheese!  I placed the tomatoes and cheese over my chicken.  Helped moisten the grilled chicken a bit.  I used about 1/2 of a Roma tomato (4 slices) but I think next time I will get a bigger tomato like a hot house or beef steak, so the slices can have more diameter for the melty cheese.  Thhis will definitely be a repeat dinner, will have to get me some basil!!
