Exercise Challenge
hey ya'll, just dropping in this Lovely Monday morning to say hi and try to get "MYself" back on track. had a busy weekend, with company so doing my DVD wasn't something on my priority list. so yup, I havn't exercised since last Tues. so today, I go into town for a 10:00 meeting and when I return I plan on getting in 60 mins. where, when and what, i'm not sure, but that is my goal. I might do some boxing on the wii, i'm not liking the wii fit these days, not enough to choose from. the balance stuff is a waste of time, the hulla hoop, hurt my knee, I can't follow the arobic step thing, I'm too clutzie, and the running, well, it last 3 mins. so , I'd rather do my Leslie Sansone. I will do my very best to get this back on track this week. I also just realized I have surgery on Jan 27th on my foot, so I will be ripped of a few days from the month. OH< well, there is always February to meet another goal if I don't make this month's.
20 hours painting this weekend - so that equates to 5 hours or 300 minutes plus another 60 minutes of cold weather walking - so 360 for the week.
You should see my guns! I was painting in a tank top in the bathroom yesterday and happened to see a glimpse in the mirror of my arms - muscles! Lotsa muscles!
