If I was a mushroom eater I would probably like those.  I made some rotissorie chicken the other day that I need to use up so today I'm going to make little mini chicken pot pies.  I made whole wheat dough for a pie crust last night and is chillin in the frig.  I'm going to use a muffin tin to make them in.  I will have to figure out the calories but it shouldn't be too bad because I will use 98% fat free cream of chicken soup and veggies alongside the chicken.  That just sounded so good to me last night!  We will see.

that is funny, I made a chic. pie this week too, got the recipe on line, it was awsome, no cream soup tho.  but i fried the onions, celery and carots, potatos, made a rue and poured in some broth and 1/2 and 1/2.  I didnt 'eat it, but the guys said it was wonderful.  I will def. make it again.
