Milk Soy
Okay here is the story. I have been having the dumping syndrom from 1%milk so i tryied soy per my nuts advise. Well it tasted okay with my protien mix, but shortly there after i was in the bathroom. I don't know what to do now. I'm trying yogurt in hopes that i can have some calcium. I'm sick of not having things that i like. I'm getting frustrated. its times like this that i wish i could walk or work it out. its just so hard being at work and feeling so alone at times. I'm hoping that what ever i am going through will go away, but i don't know.
please does anyone go through days where they are just BLAH!!!!!!!!!1 and don't want to do anything or wish they could something that would stay down or not cuase dumping

I know all about feeling alone and being frustrated. But OH is a wonderful place for support and help.
I quess I don't understand why, at 4 weeks out, your are not advanced to soft foods. I'd give some of the foods in the soft foods phase booklet a try. Just a thought.
