mamag failed
hey, guys, all this excitement about meeting 1000 min. challenge and I already screwed up the first week. I needed to do 50 mins today to reach my first week goal and after yesterday and last night I just can't seem to get myself off this couch. I will try like hell to kick it up even more for the next weeks to catch up. I'm so tired right now, and can't even bring myself to cook supper for the guys or do groceries. so, i'm relying on all you guys to do really good so I get pumped up to catch you. Good Luck... i recall your goal being 250 minutes. i can't see how you failed by reaching 200 minutes!!! you've done more than me so far this week although i'm going to kick your butt in the long run. i'm doing 2 10 hour days to make up for some time i missed at work. so you got me this week bu****ch out next week! get some rest cuz you'll need it when i'm done with ya!

I just made my schedule for next week, including my workouts. gonna be a tough one, and 3 days are going to be pm workouts which I find VERY hard, I usually do it at 8:00 am. phew i'm starting to feel so much better, might even try and get a little in tonight on my gazelle (easy but something)
Ya know what? I don't think, with the way you've felt the past 2 days, that you have anything to worry about! I KNOW you'll sneak up behind us and kick our butts with your new determination with this exercise stuff! Get your fluids and stomach feeling better then.......... BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!
