not one person said they gave themselves more calories when they exercised.  I find that interesting.  when I did Weigh****chers you could earn points working out.  Thanks for all your input.  I still dont think being in the negative is good.  but that is my personal opinion.  how can you possibly get your vitamins and healty foods in if you havnt had enough calories for the day???  (dont need to answer, just my mind being confused)

I don't add extra calories for calories burned during exercise as I want to lose 19 more pounds. If I added those burned calories I would maintain. You must use more calories than you take in to lose weight. I'm also at about 1000 to 1200 calories a day to get all my protein in and I do get all my fluids. I'm also cutting way back on my carbs. If you're hungry eat protein as it takes longer to digest. Have an egg or a piece of cheese. It takes time. You'll "get it" soon! It's all trial and error.

no no, not hungry, I was just wondering how you all handled the exercise (since i've sucked at it)  but like I said weigh****chers lets you earn it.  I'm ok.
