ok ya'll, here's the gig... I'm starting a "Special Event Challenge"  It is to begin now, and run till your special event.  If you choose to participate you will need to choose a weight loss goal and date.  if your event isn't for several months, I will restart new challenges for those who already passed the date of their first event.

My Goal:
Weight Loss Goal:  5 lbs. (i know its small, but Remember who I am) 198 lbs.
Date of Event:  Jan 30th
Event:  Birthday "51"  DH will bring me shopping for new outfit & Dinner in Portland as reward.

Won't you come and join me.  i'm so full of challenges today aren't I?

Great goal, and good for you!! What birthday is it??? Mine is tomorrow and I will be 57..
I am taking your 1000 minute challenge, that is 50 minutes a day 5 days a week for me and I think I will do that, any more will be great.  WEight loss, I am averaging 2-3 # a month so I would love to lose 5# this month.  I am 17 # from goal, and would love to hit 100# loss by the time I leave for our vacation Feb 17. 11 more #. I am joining Curves when I get back from a business trip to Baltimore with DH this week, so that will help with the minutes, too...
You 're ON!  ( and thanks for the motivation! ; ) Go team Cheryl!!

It was magic when she realized who she had become...

awesome, and Happy Birthday.  I will be 51.  I'm sure that last 17 lbs. will probably be the hardest, so Let go Team !!!  I really want to be in a size 12 for summer.  just got some comfortable 14's, some were actually on the loose side.  so 12 isn't out of the question for me.  we can do it.

You go, Cheryl!! My Goal is to continue exercising 30-45 min a day 5 days a week.. If I can do it, you can!!

My Weightloss goal:  to maintain 182, I would like to lose 10 more lbs but will be happy where I am...I am bound to lose at least that with Plastics, but unless insurance is going to pay, it may not happen.

When: July 1st

Well crap. I got on the scale just before I left for work - gained three - count em - three effin pounds. If I hadn't done this - would have been just three little pounds away from being "only" overweight"....now it's six lousy pounds.....that's my goal by my 1 year surgiversary on 1/31. Can you tell I'm not real happy with myself?
