Need some exercise Help !

Ok, I know many of you exercise one-two hours a day.  I'm way too lazy, and can't get motivated.  Yes I do exercise, but usually 20 mins a day.  I get in vacuming, sanding, crap like that, but I'm done useing that as an excuse not to exercise.  so STarting today, I am going to work on getting in 1000 mins in the month of January.  I really need to push myself and do 250 mins a week.  I will try to do it in 5 days, but might have to use 7 days.  Is anyone else out there who needs the motivation?  wanna step it up to get 1000 mins this month?  Well, if anyone wants to do it with me I will post once a week to see what our total is.  i've done 20 so far, 30 more mins today.  Please join in with me.... I'll be waiting.

Alright, but only if the Wii counts. I can't stand to be on the treadmill for 50 minutes!  I'll let you know how much I get in tonight.  GOOD LUCK!

oh, yes, absolutely, you can count anything you want.  I just dont' want to count my house work and repairs and stuff cause I tend to use that as an alternative to exercise.  YOU can do what you want.  so you on for 1000 mins. for the month of January?

awesome Kathy, I actually sat down and figured out how many mins. a day I have to do to get 1000 mins. in, so I don't fall too far behind.  I did 40 mins today and will do another 20 later.  So I need to do 2/60 min days and 3/45 mins, unless I do 6 days.  I"m going to hit 1000, I can do it!  Lets do it together.

I just printed out a Calendar of January, to write and total up my weekly amounts.  I"m ready to roll.  i'm not too excited about having to do this 3 times in one day, so Sunday I'm going to try and do it in 2 sessions.  Won't have time to do it tomorrow.  I've got bowling league at 10:30, and have to get two "disabled men" dressed.  then celebrating xmas with my parents, then meeting with DD about wedding at 4:00. so, looks like Sunday is a new week.

Count me in!  I NEED some motivation to get back to the gym!    Tonight though.....it's me and the Wii!  hehehe!

Does painting the interior of my house count? Sheese I'm only on my living room and I can't tell you how many hours I've put into this....unfortunately this is where I have to put my spare time this month - so I don't know if I can do 1000 minutes on top of this and working....argh - never enough time - that should have been my new y ears resolution....better time management.

you count whatever you want for your minutes.  I just use that as an excuse NOT to exercise, so that is my issue.
