For me, losing weight is still a top resolution for this year - I still have a good 50 lbs to my personal goal. Also researching plastics - I've got enough extra skin here for a whole 'nother person.....which makes sense - because I had enough fat for a whole 'nother person......
i have a pedometer too. 5 miles is just about 10,000 steps. i'm pretty average i think. i have a big ball too. i've fallen off a couple of times trying to do sit ups! it's like slow motion as i tip over. it cracks my son up pretty bad!

my cheap ped. dont' work, I had it on me this morning as I was getting MLM ready for work, laundry, breakfast, making lunches and it clicked one step. HMMMM
I got my pedometer at Dick's Sporting Goods. It was less than $20. It works great.
