Yes I went to the Main board to see if I could find something out and found this article also.  But I really truely believe that the husband had something to do with it...Just a gut feeling.  Especially when they said he was seen heading to the casino after he had reported her as missing.  Hmmm you mean after reporting her missing aka that he pushed her over.  I mean she was happy and all says her mother.  This story and many others really bother me!  And I form an opinion like right away, like on one of the program's on tv about things like this, I can usually tell who is guilty.  Not saying I am right, but she had so much going for her...So sad...my sympathies go out to all her family and friends if they are reading this...Hugs>Angela

I have to agree, the comment about going to the casino with a bag of quaters to see if his luck wouild change, now i think that is just plain weird, but I read somewhere that they had video footage that showed a passenger jumping fronm the railing, I personally think that would be an awful way to go, she would have more than likley been floating in the middle of the ocean alone with no lights no nothing waiting o get tired enough to go under, ohhhhh I am getting the heebies just thinking about it!

i know i was thinking the same thing, no turning back for her was there?  as for him, well, all I can say is what my dh always says "Innocent till proven guilty"... I don't know, would need to see more evidence.

earlier in the article it talked about a domestic situation. for all we know he drove her to it. people on the outside don't always know what goes on behind closed doors. she may have been acting fine to throw people off. my nephew committed suicide. the night he did it he was out drinking and dancing and having a great time. they have video of him going into a local store on his way home and buying a snack and soda. he walked home and they found the wrapper and then he was missing. it seemed suspicious because he took nothing not even his favorite hat. all his clothes and identification were on his burough. they found him over a week later sitting in his truck in the woods with a shot to the head. he did not indicate at all he was unhappy or suicidal. it's tragic! she may have been desperate. only she knows.

I agree with Angela...story just doesn't sound right at all.
They "searched" the ship for her for an HOUR before reporting her missing to anyone...??  Why would you do that ??  The ship is still moving the whole time...and she (God forbid) is out there floating somewhere...and could be God knows where by the time the search even began !?!?

But as Angela mentioned...she had so much good going for her...coming back home and starting a new career and all...just doesn't make a lot of sense as to why she'd end her life on her own...??

Thoughts and prayers going out to her family...

one hour searching on one of those ships is nothing. those are big ass boats, but, I don't know?? he does sound strange. but who knows how depressed she was?? her mom even said so.
