Wii Fit of Exercise Bike.
I really enjoy using my wii fit and I can slide it under the tv hutch so it's not in the way when I'm not using it. I did 45 minutes last night of step aerobics, hula hoop, some yoga, and boxing. I really broke a sweat and it wasn't boring because I could change the activity when ever I wanted too. I also like the wii fit board because it can weigh you and keep track of your progress. I hope that helps.

I'm thinking about purchasing wii fitness coach too. You don't use the board with it, but it received better reviews then the Jillian Michaels game. DH wants me to go to the gym a couple of days a week but I have to find a place that has childcare so it poses a problem. I figure if I do the board and that game 4 or 5 days a week it'll be good.

Hi Kathy, sounds like you had a great xmas. I vote also for the fit, so many choices, and still the kids would love it and have them be more active too, it is amazing how even the other games still get you off the couch. Boxing is a better workout then the Wii Fit is I think. as for the weighing in, it is so "inaccurate" I lost 8.5 lbs. it told me this morning, and I was in "Onederland" yea, right, I wish. on my bathroom scale I was like 7 lbs. more, so I woun't count toomuch on that. But, it might be the carpet too. but, it is much more fun and the variety is ever changing where the bike would get boring like the treadmill does. Good luck with the choice.

My vote is for the wii fit. I love mine. I also have the jillian michaels which is good for getting heart rate up when you need to. ii will get wii fitness coach when i get bored with what i have. Like anything you can get bored if you dont step it up. but i have had it since september and am still using it so i not to bored with it.
