When I'm feeling sad, I simply remember my favorite things, and then I don' t feeel, sooooo Bad.

After the gang all leaves for work, a nice cup of coffee

Working on a craft, that I can be proud of after its done, especially something for my home.

What are your favorite things?

Shopping definitely, without kids is an added bonus.  A weekend to my self when my parents say "Hey do you want us to take the boys this weekend?"  Getting my hair done, because it doesn't happen enough....2x's a year maybe!

I love being home alone, turning up the music, singing out loud.

Also knitting, cross stitching, gardening.....

Today it was definitely "shopping"...

Cindy and I met in Dixmont @ 5:30 this morning and headed to Bangor...
left there about 7:45 and off to Augusta...and then back to Waterville.
Got home about 2:30 and I'm wiped out ~ but had too much fun !! 

Hit the "sale racks" @ Kohls...OMG !!  Haven't seen prics like that in years !!
70 - 80 & 90% off racks in ALL depts ~ WooHoo !!  Got a really cute top...regularly $32
I paid $3.20 !! 
My son has to "dress up" for his (high school) basketball games...found him a pair of $38 dress slacks for $3.80 !! 
As I said we had too much fun !!  {lol}
