Just when I think pouchy can behave.........

Merry Christmas to everyone. Hope you day wonderful. We enjoyed family on Christmas eve and Christmas day.

Today has been a day of new and different schedule. Unfortunately my pouch was not pleased with the change in routine and has protested.  So I'm off to sip on some skim milk and give it a try again tomorrow when I'm back to my regular routine- It's a work day.

isn't it weird, just when you think you've got it figured out.  Bam!!  it just happend to me at lunch, dh and I went out for a nice lunch, I got in 2 bites of lettuce,  I kept getting weird looks from the Waitress, she kept asking, is your salad ok???  "hold on, let me slime, and I"ll let you know"  I think I'm going to stick to soup.  I don't want to stop going out or stopping my DH either.  Maybe a stiff drink would have gone down better.  Good luck to you, and hope your schedule makes it all ok....
