don't know how you guys do it
so I have one pill to take daily, well 2 my BP med (small pill that gets stuck when I take it) and my chewable vit. so just one that causes problems so I put it off then forget it. so now, I see this vlog and think, first how much money do you estimate spending on pills yearly and how do you stay organized. check this guy's routine out. I estimate my 2 pills a year to be apprx $40. 00 a year. BP pills covered by insurance/plan. what do you estimate?

I don't take that much (at least I don't think I do but it's sure A LOT compared to you!!!) I take iron (once a day), zinc and GNC's hair, skin and nails formula (once a day), centrum chewable (twice a day), and a stool softener (once a day). I can usually take all of them (except the second multivit) in the morning, so I don't forget! OH CRAP............I forgot that I am back on the prevacid and Carafate too! The carafate is the tough one for me (4x a day, 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals...that one's hard to coordinate, but I figure at least if I'm close!)
So................let me do some math......
Iron: approx $5/month
Zinc: approx $3/month
Centrum: $10 for 100 tabs which lasts me 1.5 months
Gnc HNS formula: $16 for 2 month supply
stool softener: $4 a month
prevacid and carafate are 100% covered by my insurance
so.......about $25-30/month on the vitamins..........not too bad! At least I don't think??

I haven't looked at his video (I am at work, where they block youtube dammit!) But if you are taking a multi that has the full values, there is no need to take seperate C E F & G. I am just told by my nut that we should take two of those a day. I often forget the 2nd one and the D. By the way thanks for reminding me to take my D!!
I don't even want to think about it.... but I am kicking myself for not setting up a FSA (Flexible Spending Account) through work. But I just got my blood work and no issues, except vitamin D is low. I am having a hard time remembering to take it! But good news is no choles meds and no more BP meds.... I love it! It is so worth spending the $$ for vitamins!!
